About PaketConcierge
Gregor founded PaketConcierge out of his own frustration. He was often not at home or in a meeting when the carrier rang. His packages were therefore often left somewhere. Then the annoying search and usually quite a run started - a situation that many of you will no doubt be familiar with. It frustrated Gregor so much that it motivated him to solve the problem.
PaketConcierge accepts ALL your packages, no matter where or what you order and who is delivering it. You choose your own PaketConcierge. When your package is delivered, you will immediately receive a notification on your smartphone. You can pick up your package when it suits you, which saves you a lot of time and stress. In addition, CO₂ emissions are significantly reduced during delivery. PaketConcierge collaborates with carriers and is therefore free of charge for you.

After developing the MVP, a PaketConcierge in Berlin Mitte receives the first package. This lays the foundation for a new era in the history of the Last Mile Delivery.
September 2020
1,000
PaketConcierges in Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain and Charlottenburg are now accepting packages for consumers. We received the 1,000th package.
February 2021
10,000
PaketConcierge gets excellent ratings from consumers. Roughly 25 PaketConcierges are now on board, becoming darlings of the neighborhood. We received the 10,000th package.
October 2021

The number of packages is rapidly increasing. Each package delivered to a PaketConcierge significantly reduces CO₂ emissions over the last mile. That is what motivates us.

Our milestones
Idea & founding
We want everybody to receive packages conveniently and reliably. To achieve this, we build a universal bridge between you and the carriers. You decide where, how and when you receive your packages. In May 2020, PaketConcierge GmbH was founded for this purpose.
Flagship Store
We open our own flagship store on Brunnenstraße. Through direct exchange with our consumers, we gather helpful feedback right from the start to turn the idea of convenient package reception into reality.
Pre-seed financing
We have convinced the company builder XPRESS Ventures of our potential. Combined with business angels' investments, we have secured more than €1 million in financing to date.
Pilot network
The pilot in Berlin is expanded in partnership with carriers to further validate our concept.
Hypotheses become facts
The first pick-up stores achieve our target KPIs. Consumer acceptance and satisfaction outperform our expectations.
Scalability
We develop a highly efficient, dual marketing concept with carriers for further rollout.
US flip
The course is set for further growth.PaketConcierge GmbH is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the US holding company PaketConcierge Inc.
Seed financing
With a logistics and impact-focused VC from San Francisco as the lead investor, we will raise further capital for the planned rollout to 2,500 pick-up stores.
